As a young girl, I found solace and inspiration in the artistry of gardening, preserving, and cooking alongside my Granny. Rarely did we dine out; instead, our meals were a symphony of flavors crafted with love in her home. This early immersion sparked a culinary flame that led me to pursue a formal education as a classically trained chef, igniting my love for the art of gastronomy.

However, my journey went beyond the confines of a kitchen. It embraced a deeper connection with food, health, and the sustainability of our planet. The desire to feed my family with healthy, delicious food while minimizing environmental impact became a driving force.
